Drainage and Water Searches ... bite size

The drainage and water searches are carried out with the local water authority. 

The search will reveal: 

1. Whether the property has foul water drainage and surface water drainage to the public sewer
2. Whether there is a water main, public sewer, disposal main or lateral drain within the boundaries of the property and
3. Whether the property is connected to the public water supply.
