Turn Your Conveyancing Job Into a Qualified Career.
You're already a vital part of your conveyancing team.
Now, gain the formal qualification to become a licensed professional—with training up to 100% funded by the Apprenticeship Levy.
You Have the Experience:
It's Time for the Qualification.
You understand the pressures of a busy conveyancing department.
You know the files, the processes, and the clients. So, what's next?
An apprenticeship is the perfect way to formalise your existing skills and unlock your full potential.
It allows you to continue in your role, earning your salary, while gaining a prestigious, government-approved qualification.
This is your most direct route to becoming a fee-earning, qualified conveyancer, taking on more responsibility and advancing your career within the firm you already call home.

What's In It For Me?
An apprenticeship isn't about starting from scratch; it's about building on that foundation to unlock a new level of professional and personal rewards.
This path is designed to tangibly improve your career, from your daily responsibilities to your long-term security.
Here are the key benefits you can expect:
- Earn While You Learn: Seamlessly integrate a formal qualification (CLC Diploma) into your work week. You'll gain prestigious credentials without taking a career break or sacrificing your salary.
- Career Progression: This isn't just a course; it's a clear, structured ladder from your current role directly to a respected, fee-earning, qualified conveyancer position within your firm.
- Professional Recognition: Move from being an assistant to a recognised expert. A formal qualification gives you the confidence and authority to act decisively, advise clients, and be a go-to specialist within your team.
- Immediately Applicable Skills: Unlike purely theoretical courses, an apprenticeship is about real-world application. You will learn new concepts one day and apply them to your active files the next, making your learning more effective and your work more efficient.
- Increased Earning Potential: Qualification is the key to significant salary growth. This apprenticeship puts you on the fast track to a pay grade that reflects your advanced skills and responsibilities.
- Job Security: In an evolving legal market, being formally qualified makes you an indispensable asset to your firm. An apprenticeship future-proofs your career, providing you with the security of in-demand, certified skills.
- Zero Tuition Debt: With training costs covered by government funding and your employer's contribution via the Apprenticeship Levy, you can focus on learning and progressing, finishing with zero student debt.

Ready to take the next step?
Here’s how to bring your employer on board.
An apprenticeship is a partnership between you, your employer, and the training provider.
We know that proposing this to your manager can seem daunting, so we've created a business case toolkit to help you.
The Benefits for Your Firm
The Cost Barrier to Training
The primary barrier to training is often cost, but government funding makes apprenticeships incredibly accessible.
- For Levy-Paying Employers: (Firms with a wage bill over £3 million).
Your firm can use the funds already in its Apprenticeship Levy pot to cover 100% of the training costs. - For Non-Levy Employers: (Firms with a wage bill under £3 million). The government will pay for 95% of the training costs.
Your employer only needs to contribute a small 5% co-payment.
For most firms, this means gaining a fully qualified employee for a fraction of the traditional cost.
