The Cost Barrier to Training

  Your firm can use the funds already in its Apprenticeship Levy pot to cover 100% of the training costs.
• For Non-Levy Employers: (Firms with a wage bill under £3 million). The government will pay for 95% of the training costs.
  
  Your employer only needs to contribute a small 5% co-payment.
