Exemptions
Law Degree
If you have a law degree from England or Wales, you will be exempt from the Level 4 Programme.
If you have a law degree from a jurisdiction derived from English Common Law, you will also be exempt from the Level 4 Programme.
In either case, you can apply immediately to start the Level 6 Programme.
SQE1
If you have passed SQE1 FLK1 only you will have to compelte the Land Law unit, the Conveyancing / Wills unit and the Level 4 Accounts unit to gain your Level 4 Diploma.
If you have passed SQE1 FLK2 only you will have to complete the English Legal System unit and the Contract Law unit to gain your Level 4 Diploma. And to gain your Level 6 Diploma, you will only have to complete the Level 6 Accounts unit.
If you have passed SQE1 FLK1 and FLK2 you only need to complete the Level 6 Accounts unit to gain your Level 6 Diploma.
CILEX Professional Qualification (CPQ)
Exemptions from individual units on the Level 4 Programme are available where you have completed the CILEX Professional Qualification (CPQ)
If you provide us with a copy of your academic transcript, we will advise which units you will be exempt from.
Incomplete Law Degree
Exemptions from individual units on the Level 4 Programme are available where you have an incomplete law degree.
If you provide us with a copy of your academic transcript, we will advise which units you will be exempt from.
