There are no entry requirements for studying the
Level 4 Conveyancing Law and Practice programme. It is not necessary for new
students to have any prior experience, knowledge, skill or understanding of
conveyancing procedure and practice. You are not required to be employed in a
legal services job to study for the Level 4 Diploma.
This is a guide only and the amount of time which
you have to spend on each module will vary depending on your existing
knowledge, experience and confidence.
The guided learning hours for each module varies.
The Contract Law module, the Land Law module and the Conveyancing Law module
have a guided learning hours recommendation of 60 hours. The English Legal
System module has a guided learning hours recommendation of 32 hours. The Accounts
module has a guided learning hours recommendation of 36 hours.
