A Head Start on Your Personal Training Plan

A key part of our commitment to your success is creating a training plan that is perfectly tailored to you. The entire apprenticeship is built around a set of core Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs).

As part of the onboarding process, we will ask you to comment on how confident you feel against each of these KSBs. This isn't a test! It's a collaborative way for us to identify your existing strengths and the areas where we can help you grow the most.

Prepare Your Documents

To speed up the formal application process, you can begin to gather the documents you will be asked to provide. Having these ready will make your submission much smoother.

You will need to provide proof of:

Identity: A valid Passport or Driving Licence.
Address: A recent utility bill or bank statement.
National Insurance Number.
Eligibility to Work in the UK: A birth certificate, passport, or valid visa/residency permit.
Existing Qualifications: All relevant certificates, especially for GCSE English & Maths, and any other legal qualifications you hold.
