Your Questions, Answered.

How is the apprenticeship funded? What will it cost our firm?

Our apprenticeships are designed to be extremely cost-effective.

For larger firms paying the Apprenticeship Levy, the full cost of the training can be covered by your levy funds.

For small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the government co-investment scheme means they will fund 95% of the training costs, with your firm contributing the remaining 5%.

Our team will provide a full cost breakdown and guide you through the entire funding process to ensure you maximise the financial support available.

What is the time commitment? How much time will my employee be off-the-job?

Apprenticeships require that 20% of the employee's working hours are dedicated to "off-the-job" training, which equates to approximately one day per week.

However, this is not a simple "day release" at a college. This time is structured flexibly through a blend of live online workshops with our expert tutors, one-to-one coaching sessions, project work, and self-led study.

We work with you to create a predictable schedule that minimises disruption to your business operations.

What level of support do you provide to us, the employer?

We view this as a collaborative partnership. From the moment you engage with us, you will have a dedicated Account Manager as your main point of contact. We provide comprehensive support including:

  • Guidance on funding and paperwork.
  • Regular progress reports and review meetings.
  • Support in mentoring your apprentice.
  • A clear and direct line of communication with the apprentice's dedicated tutor. Our goal is to make the process seamless and rewarding for you, allowing you to focus on the benefits, not the bureaucracy.
Why should we choose you over a larger, multi-subject provider?

Our singular focus on property law is your greatest advantage.

Unlike generalist providers whose resources and expertise are spread thinly across dozens of unrelated subjects, our world is exclusively Conveyancing and Probate.

This means:

  • True Expert Tutors: Your apprentice learns from legal professionals who live and breathe property law.
  • A Relevant Curriculum: Our course content is always current, practical, and directly applicable to the day-to-day realities of your firm.
  • A More Competent Apprentice: This specialist environment produces a more confident, skilled employee who can add value to your team much faster.
Can we use the apprenticeship to upskill an existing member of staff?

Yes, this is one of the most powerful ways to use our programmes.

Upskilling your existing team is an excellent way to reward loyalty, boost retention, and invest in the people who already understand your firm's culture and values.

Whether it's developing a legal secretary into a qualified Technician or progressing an ambitious paralegal to a licensed Practitioner, we can help you build clear career pathways for your valued employees.
