Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) Approved Training Provider:

We are proud to be a Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) Approved Training Provider.

This means our courses meet the rigorous standards set by the CLC, the specialist property law regulator for England and Wales.

This approval ensures your education is high-quality, industry-recognised, and directly prepares you for CLC licensure as a Conveyancing Technician and ultimately, a Licensed Conveyancer.

Choosing us means you're on a clear, trusted, and regulated path, ensuring you gain the precise skills needed for a successful career in property law.

Regulated by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA):

Our qualifications are regulated by the SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority), this means that our delivery of these diplomas is subject to their rigorous oversight, requiring us to implement and maintain robust quality assurance procedures, highly competent staff, and effective assessment processes.

Our Conveyancing Diplomas are also awarded by the SQA, an awarding body with a reputation for academic rigour and quality assurance. While the SQA is based in Scotland, their role here is specifically as the awarding body nominated and partnered with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC).

This means the qualifications are explicitly designed around the laws and procedures of England and Wales, not Scottish law. You will be studying content directly relevant to your future practice in England and Wales, ensuring your qualification is perfectly aligned with the requirements for becoming a Conveyancing Technician or Licensed Conveyancer in those jurisdictions.
